[Case] Improvement of unpleasant odors in the painting booth <Hokkaido>

A case where the adhesion of saw boards and other materials inside the painting booth was significantly reduced.

We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of "Assist-CA Aqua Nature TR" in the sheet metal processing and plastic processing industries. There was a problem with unpleasant odors in the washing booth and the adhesion of paint resins, which made cleaning time-consuming. After the introduction, we managed to reduce odors through pH management and made paint resins non-stick, which alleviated the burden of cleaning tasks. The improvements in odor and the ease of collecting aggregates that had been a concern were also achieved, leading to a reduction in the cleaning workload. [Challenges] - The unpleasant odor problem in the washing booth and the adhesion of paint resins, which made cleaning time-consuming. - Since we were conducting our own cleaning, we wanted to improve the working environment. - We would like to try if these issues can be resolved with just chemicals. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Case] Painting booth for aggregate treatment of powder and solvent-based paints <Kanagawa Prefecture>

Significant reduction in industrial waste disposal costs! We received feedback from the field that foul odors have been greatly reduced.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Assist-CA Aqua Nature TR" in a painting booth. The issue was that we could not feel the effectiveness of the killer agent because multiple coatings were performed in one booth. After the implementation, the efficiency of sludge recovery significantly increased. Initially, we were testing with only one unit, but now all four units are using the chemicals. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - We could not feel the effectiveness of the killer agent because multiple coatings were performed in one booth. - Specific odor issues in the booth. ■Proposal - Proposal of know-how for odor prevention through pH management and the pH adjuster "Assist CA." - Proposal of the booth-specific coagulant "Aqua Nature TR." *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
